Jack's room...yet again

When they get to Jack's room this time, Lorne is in no rush. He gives Jack a soft kiss and moves to sit on the bed.

"You are so beautiful," Lorne murmurs, kissing Jack's shoulder. "You know that, right?"

"I know you think I am," Jack says, smiling.

"Me and everyone else in the bar," Lorne says, propping himself up on an elbow and touching Jack's face softly.

Jack kisses his hand again. "Doesn't matter what what everyone else thinks."

"Maybe not," Lorne says, smiling. "I just don't want you thinking love has blinded me. Other people think you're beautiful too."

"I'd never think that."

"Good," Lorne murmurs, leaning in to kiss Jack softly. "Beautiful boy."

"Love you," Jack whispers and runs his hand down Lorne's back.

"Love you too," Lorne whispers, kissing Jack again.

Jack strokes his hair and closes his eyes. "We should get up before noon tomorrow," he says softly. "I don't know how long it will take to get to the moutnain but I'd like to make camp before sunset."

"So I can't keep you in bed all morning?" Lorne asks, only pouting a very little.

"Not if you want to go camping."

"All right," Lorne says, with the air of someone who's just conceded a very large point indeed. "We'll get out of bed before noon."

Jack laughs and kisses his forehead again.

Lorne trails his fingers lightly up Jack's side. "Did you want to see the drawing?"

"Yes, please."

Lorne smiles and kisses him quickly, leaning over to pick the sketchbook up off the floor. He hands it to Jack and watches him nervously.

Jack sits up to look at the drawing closely.

He traces along the lines with his fingertips. "I am beautiful," he says softly and smiles up at Lorne.

Lorne laughs and kisses him. "Told you so," he murmurs.

Jack kisses him back, holding his face. "You did. You're right. I will never doubt you about a thing."

Lorne nods. "Good. Because I'm always right, you know."

"Yes," Jack says obediently. "You're always right."

"I'm so glad you agree," Lorne says, kissing Jack again and laying his head on Jack's shoulder.

"Tired, love?" He strokes Lorne's jaw.

"A bit, yeah," Lorne says, curling into Jack. "Should get some sleep if we're hiking tomorrow."
