Jack follows him through, his eyes wide. He reaches for Lorne's hand. "So this is an alien world?"

"Three million light years from Earth," Lorne says, nodding. "Well, 2.7 really." He squeezes Jack's hand gently. "You okay so far?"

The room itself is nothing fancy. Bed, desk, chair and a white, almost-couch thing. The most extraordinary things about it are probably the blue paper dragon on his desk and the view--ocean and city--that can be seen from his balcony.

"I'm . . . I'm just fine." He goes to the window to look out at the view. "It's so beautiful."

Lorne fallows him and stands close behind him, smiling. "Yeah, it is. Still one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen."

Jack reaches back for Lorne's arms and pulls them around his waist. "How many people live here? In the city, I mean."

Lorne rests his chin on Jack's shoulder. "Right now? Around two hundred, I think."

"Oh . . . I'm not going to blend in with the crowd, am I."

"We just got a new batch of civilians in, so I'm hoping as long as we stay away from Dr. Weir, we'll be all right."

"All right. I just don't want you getting into trouble." He turns in Lorne's arms and kisses him.

Lorne kisses him back and smiles. "Just say you're Dr. Harkness from the geology department if anyone asks."

"Okay," Jack says, amused. "Dr. Harkness from geology."

Lorne nods. "Unless, of course, we run into Dr. Peterson. Then you'll have to say you're from...I don't know...engineering or something."

"Maybe we should have a signal. Tug your ear when I need to be other than Dr. Harkness than geology, maybe."

Lorne laughs and kisses Jack. "Great idea." He kisses Jack again for good measure.

"So, what do you want to do first?"

Jack grins and steps out of his arms, and sits on the bed. He tries to bounce and frowns at how little give it has. "This is small," he observes.

Lorne sits next to him. "Yeah, sorry. Barrack standard, I'm afraid." He grins a little. "It can fit two if they squeeze real close."

Jack winds Lorne's shirt in his fingers. "Feel like squeezing close? Just for a little bit. I feel like kissing you."

"Mmm...yes, please." Lorne cups the back of Jack's neck and pulls him closer.

Jack laughs and kisses him, pulling Lorne with him as he lies back.

Lorne kisses him slow and deep, tangling his fingers in Jack's hair.

Jack nuzzles their faces together and kisses him again and again.

Lorne shifts them so they're lying on their sides and pulls Jack's hips against his.

Jack shudders and kisses him deeper, his hand sliding down to hold Lorne's hip.

Lorne moans softly, running his tongue along Jack's lips.

Jack thrusts his hand into Lorne's back pocket and kneads his ass, kissing him harder.
