There are noises coming from Lorne’s closet that shouldn’t be coming from any closet. Clinking glasses and laughter and talking and…is that music?

And then Lorne steps out of the closet (pardon the pun) ahead of Jack.

“It’s not much,” he says, glancing around the sparsely furnished room, “but it’s home.”

"Oh," Jack says softly and smiles at him. "I'd . . . I'd actually like that. I guess we can just sleep close."

Lorne kisses him softly. "Very close."

"Are we actually going to sleep any if we're this close all night?"

"Well, eventually," Lorne says, stretching out next to him, "you'll wear me out."

Jack runs a hand over Lorne's hip. "Well, we can't have that," he says softly.

"You can wear me out any time you want, babe," Lorne whispers, kissing his shoulder.

"I just might . . . but some other time. I still want to see your plane."

"What? You didn't come here just for the sex?" Cheeky grin again.

"I got distracted." Jack kisses his grin.

Lorne kisses him back. "Mmm...well, I can be pretty distracting."

"Yes, you can." His hands spread over Lorne's back and he tucks his head under Lorne's chin.

Lorne smiles and wraps his arms around Jack, kissing his hair. "Need to shower first?"

Jack shakes his head. "'m fine."

"Then we should get you into uniform for your flight, airman."

Jack beams and kisses Lorne hard. "Okay."

Lorne laughs and crawls out of bed, holding his hands out to Jack.

Jack lets Lorne pull him out and kisses him again when they're upright.

Lorne kisses him back and squeezes Jack's ass playfully before turning to pull Jack's uniform out of a drawer in the wall.

"I'm pretty sure this will fit."

"Oh, look at that," Jack murmurs, taking it from him, and spends a few minutes feeling the fabric and measuring it against his body.

[ooc: Okay, the mental image of Jack in an SGA uniform is making me GUH just a bit.]

Lorne smiles as he watches him for a moment, then starts pulling on his own uniform. "You two want to be alone?"

"Oh, I think we both know it'll never last," Jack says and starts getting dressed. "Merely a passing fancy."

"Good," Lorne says, sitting down to pull on his boots. "I was going to start getting jealous there."

Jack climbs onto his lap, bare-chested, and kisses him. "You're the only one for me," he says in a low, amused voice.

Lorne kisses him back and leans back on his hands to look at Jack. He's got that confused/flattered/pleased look again. "Good," he whispers. "You're...the only one for me, too."
